Latam Finance Planning Coordinator

Job description

The FP&A Coordinator role provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience in corporate finance. You will have exposure to the full P&L and will participate in Finance automation projects and initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver business insights and report on financial performance to improve profitability and efficiencies, being also instrumental in building the Annual Operating Plan. Reporting into the Latam FP&A Manager, this role has high-level visibility and frequent interaction with Senior Leadership and the business.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, managing and controlling Latam FP&A activities with coordination of deadlines accomplishment;

• Responsible for Latam P&L analysis actual vs Plan/ vs PY and support on business results (e.g. PVM Analysis, portfolio mix analysis, fix cost explanation, etc.); 

• Responsible for coordinating company planning and forecasting processes including monthly Kraft Heinz Business Management Cycle (EVP, MPR, CFO Call), forecasts, Strategic Plan, and Annual Operating Plan;

• Responsible for preparation of management summaries/ presentations;

• Responsible for guaranteeing effective communication bottom up and top down within BUs and International Zone;

• Responsible for identifying and initiating process improvements/simplification regarding Latam FP&A Business Cycle and Reports;

• Responsible for driving Finance Automation agenda across Latam, standardizing processes, searching for the same level of maturity between the markets, previewing issues and opportunities.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's in Engineering , Finance , Accounting or Business Administration required

Excel thecnical along with Powerpoint skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and think independently

Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies

Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
