Main responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:


Endomarketing Campaigns

Consolidate and Manage the internal campaign calendar for the year

Content Management of all internal campaigns

Coordination and definition of internal communication channels and actions related to the campaigns

Manage the providers (agencies) who develop and design communication arts (banners, emails, etc) and visual communications.

Manage production suppliers and event companies that will support only the execution of campaigns .

Manage Events and Internal Communication Budget at Regional llevel


Manage EVP communication

Define the Guidelines for each market to manage LinkedIn career page content .

Manage providers and define strategy of social media of each market.

Manage communication strategy of Graduate Programme

Coordinate Latam Remote quarterly meeting, Town halls and videos.

Design of People & Performance Training materials, welcome kits, on boarding materials.


Engagement Actions

Support Talent Team to implement actions of the engagement action plan related to events and internal communication


Celebrations

Coordinate and execute celebrations (end year party,, 1st of may, etc)


Diversity & Inclusion

Definition and implementation of D&I strategy for Latam in alignment with global guidelines

Manage action plan execution, follow up and consolidate KPIs and support to implement people processes that support D&I strategy

Manage a routine with the teams at the markets remotely in order to cascade guidelines and implement actions



Requirements and skills

Qualifications

Strong track record in developing and executing successful internal and leadership communications programs

Expertise in developing compelling communications narratives and effectively communicating via presentations, scripts, or emails

Experience offering counsel to senior executives before they interact with internal and external audiences

Team builder and collaborator; evidence of an outstanding ability to build strong, durable networks across multiple markets

Thorough understanding of internal and digital communications channels

Experience with large, complex organizations

Resilient, nimble, agile and quick to act, with strong drive for quality execution

Instinctive understanding of digital and technology tools

Able to work in a demanding and performance-oriented culture
