Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the ZBB People Packages consolidation for Latam.
In addition, responsible for maintaining a Latam COE data-driven base: owns data life cycle within organization, from data collection to analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the P&P organization
DMO: effective data management officer for Latam, serving as the focal point in all matters related to HR Workday system
Responsible for creating and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy in the company´s HR systems
Coordinates workday data accuracy zone reviews including: coordination of data clean up, distribution of results, and implementation of rituals & routines within zone
Supporting and training HRBPs in the daily use of process and systems and ensure adherence to company standards
Partnering with GBS Hire to Retire Team to design and implement solutions to improve GBS HR processes and execution, simplifying and automating forms and rationalizing processes
Supports the Manager Rewards & ZBB Latam (People Package Owner), in the budgeting, forecasting (LE), reporting and interpreting of the Latam HQ (zone) people budget
Delivers a granularly budget asssessment for salaried population of the zone and other HR costs in addition to maintaining active management, tracking and monitoring of results and forecasting
Guides HR leaders to make the right cost decisions for their organizations (focal point)
Executes AOP processes for Latam People Packages
Helps to identify and address the data and analytical needs of teams and clientes accross the zone
Suports Latam ad-hoc special effort projects (eg Turn over)
Empowers leaders and Latam People Organization by providing high-quality reporting, analysis and insights
Develop dashboards (and leverage on existing ones) to provide insights at scale
Tableau master use for Latam, serving as the focal point in all matters related to this system
Confortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a unstructured environment
